Hi Julie, welcome, I'm new too.

I love to have my ipod too when I'm running...just hate it when the battery dies when I'm out there!

You have done well so far, keep up the good work!

Hello all! My name is Julie. I'm a 30-something mother of 4. Joined SP in January of this year as I worked to lose weight. I have shed 25 lbs thus far, and have another 24 to lose. After building up endurance on the elliptical, I plugged into the iPod and went for a slow, steady run. After 3 miles, the rest is history! I prefer to run over any other activity now. I just ran my second 5k, and I signed up for a marathon in October...so training starts next week. Can't wait!
