Hello Marnie,
Thanks for the "hi" and the reply (hey that rhymes) I am sure someone will know the answer. Except for the road bike it sounds like we have a similar activity schedule. I run about the same distance on some local trails and bike when I can. Thanks again.

Tom

Hey Tom and welcome. I am Marnie from Reno, NV. I mtn bike too, and run. I tend to run 20-30 miles a week, and I hit the road bike and mtn bike when I'm not running. Honestly I dont know about stomach fat..I always assumed that the body loses it where it will, that we can't focus on a certain part of the body for losing fat, but I might be wrong.

Anyhow, I am sure someone has an answer, I just wanted to say hi!

I just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Tom and I run for the fun of it and to be outdoors. I typically try to run on trails 3-4 time a week and mix that with my mountain bike. I am curios about running and nutrition. I log in all my food intake everyday and eat around 2000c, I am trying to lose the fat on my stomach. Do I need to add more calories on the days I run?

Thanks

Tom
