I have to be diligent about caring for myself. 100 DAYS OF WEIGHT LOSS is a great way for me to keep focused. Day 1 is July 1, 2017. Build habits to produce success. Most of these habits I have at least tried before but did not sustain. First habit: delay eating by using a timer.

Hey I'm new here! I love the excitement of joining a new team and hoping to make friends! Especially a music team, woohoo!

Maybe to keep up some of the OOMPH, you can organize challenges and ask for members to post songs/videos? Or even organize like an mp3-swapping forum?? I'm just throwing stuff out, music is so important to me!

I'm really excited and I grew up jamming out to Barry Manilow and KC & The Sunshine Band. I'm right there with ya on the "bit different" and "weird" side! :P

Weekends are when I'm a little more lax with my routines, so much going on. But I think I'm going to a little local festival so I should get 10 minutes of walking in easily.

I love your energy - and music makes everything better - including working out!

My preferred music styles are likely a bit different than most, but hey, different (aka weird) can be fun!
I enjoy contemporary Christian, modern country, and 70's 80's pop rock.
