2. How do you feel about the nutritional aspect of your journey today?: It isn't too bad. I'm pretty good about logging in my food and I'm conscious of what I am eating. Sometimes it isn't the best but now I KNOW that I have a lot more control that I did before.
3. What about healthy nutrition would you like to learn or understand more about? I would like to figure out how to eat healthy and not spend tons of money. It is so much cheaper and easier to eat 'bad' but I refuse to do that. I would also like to find some healthy, quick meals to prepare.

2. How do you feel about the nutritional aspect of your journey today?: I am very happy with the things I am doing with making a effort to eat healthier(been logging my food intake, counting the calories,drinking my daily water, and trying to exercise)

3. What about healthy nutrition would you like to learn or understand more about? portion sizes,learning healthy convient brown bag lunches, how to eat healthy when you dont have much money to spend( seems to me that the healthier you eat the more it cost), easy,inexpensive food receipes or ideas.I've been counting my calorie intake daily but should I be looking at more on the labels?

2. How do you feel about the nutritional aspect of your journey? It could be better, I need to be tighter with my portion control.

3. What about healthy nutrition would you like to learn or understand more about? Just making the things my family and I eat healthier. To get more protein with out meat.

Often it is about getting out of the endless loop of thinking and getting into action.

2. How do you feel about the nutritional aspect of your journey today? : I am really proud of myself. I am really making a conscious effort at maintaining my food log. I realize that I still have to tweak my nutrition but that's ok!
3. What about healthy nutrition would you like to learn or understand more about? I would really like to understand more about controlling sodium intake, increasing protein and maybe learning a little more about nutrition labels.

2. How do you feel about the nutritional aspect of your journey today?:
Today... I'm doing pretty well but I'm in need of spreading the wealth of calories throughout my day better. I have to learn to snack!

3. What about healthy nutrition would you like to learn or understand more about?:
Nutrition-wise I'd like to know more about negative foods, and naturally low sodium options. Sodium is my biggest obstacle to date (besides just being tired of the computer by the time I get home.)

I am so glad we are changing to a monthly challenge schedule! I always think that I will stay motivated enough to get on the computer every time I need to for the 8-week challenges, but I always burn out at week 5... every time. I am so ready for this challenge!

2. How do you feel about the nutritional aspect of your journey today?: I feel great. Can't believe the change from this time last year. Can't believe the money I am saving from not doing takeout and fast food. I added it up from January to about August of last year and *CRINGE*.
3. What about healthy nutrition would you like to learn or understand more about? I'd really like to get great convenience food suggestions that can be homemade. For instance, out of a magazine, I got a low-fat chicken tender recipe (for my daughter, who loves those dinosaur-shaped chicken nuggets). I'd like convenience food suggestions for ME. I'd also like to figure out more ways of getting quick protein.

2. How do you feel about the nutritional aspect of your journey today?: I'm OK with it! I have been very loyal to the Spark food log, I have only missed 1 weekend of logging food, out of town, and I gained so never will miss again!

2. How do you feel about the nutritional aspect of your journey today?: It is okay but it could be a lot better. I could get more negative foods in and more fruits and veggies.

3. What about healthy nutrition would you like to learn or understand more about? I have been reading up on this a lot lately and really tapping into my sources. I am not an expert but I would love to share the knowledge I have thus far and just absorb what others have to say!

Thanks for thinking of this Miranna. I will only be weighing every 2 weeks from here on out on my journey. I weighed in on March 13 and will not do so again until March 26. I want to be celebrate my success not by the scale!
