Checking in 6/3/09 - I didn't do any exercising yesterday at all, but I did stay within my ranges!! I'm determined to get my exercising in today.

I fell off the wagon last Thursday, but got right back on Friday. I've been withing ranges for three days straight, and moving/exercising... I *will* have lost weight at weigh-in this week!

Hey All,

Weekends are tougher for me because everyone is home. I live with a family of skinny-minis. In fact, at one time my daughter had to be put on a high-calorie diet. They all have high metabolism but me. However, I'm really glad the girls seem to take after their dad. At least they'll never have to struggle with weight issues!

I'm sticking like glue to following the plan this weekend, my first one since I restarted. I have to so that I'll be prepared for when school lets out!

Have a blessed Memorial Day Weekend. May God be with all our troops and their families.

I tend to "fall off the wagon" on Thursday and Friday, and it takes me a day or two to get back on. Instead of Lucky Charms or peices of cinnamon raisin bread for breakfast, I ate my Special K.

Lots of laundry to fold this morning, some other housework and errands. In between all that, I intend to get my exercising in. I know I need to step that up.

Checking in - Yesterday was a good day for me, I walked about three miles over the course of the day (three separate walks) and exercised on the semi-recumbent bike for about 20 minutes. Calorie consumption was about where it needed to be. *fingers crossed* that I can continue with the "good stuff" again today! I'd like to post a loss this week. :)
