This months fitness plans: TO INCREASE WATER INTAKE AND LOSE ATLEAST 10 LBS

My feeling about my results: MY HEALTH WILL BE WHAT I MAKE OF IT.

Things I need help with: KEEPING THE FITNESS FAITH.

Additional comments: BREAKFAST IS THE MOST IMPORTANT MEAL OF THE DAY...NO HEAVY MEALS AFTER 7PM.

I like this idea as well I will have to do my measurements when I get home at night.

This months fitness plans: drink 11 glasses of water daily, 30 mins of cardio & team walking challenge.

My feeling about my results: i lost two lbs since my last weigh in so i feel great!

Things I need help with: lowering my salt intake, advice on salt substitutions
