Hey, being a sports fanatic almost my whole life there was always a "weight problem" not a size problem... the one thing that may be discouraging you may actually be no problem at all. You say that you have been working out 5 days a week...well the thing that may keep that scale from moving is that fact that your muscles are growing.
This is nothing to be worried about. Always keep in mind that muscles weigh more than fat. So if the scale takes a while to move, its more likely that your are growing your muscles at the same time that you are losing weight... counter acting that little needle on the scale. If you notice a difference in the mirror and not on the scale that's probably what is happening.

just think your replacing that body fat with long, lean, strong muscles from all that hard work!!!!

keep your chin up girl, its working whether you know it or not.

best of luck emoticon

Are you changing things up? You cannot stick to a routine because your body gets used to it. You have to continue to shock your body in order to see results. Your body is probably so used to what you are doing that it is not helping.

You may try lowering your calories or taking them up for a week, then dropping back down. Also change your exercise routine. We know cardio is the best for weightloss, but change the times and switch which cardio exercises you do.

Hope this helps!

I am becoming very very disappointed. I have been working out so hard and eating right and I haven't lost a pound. I'm trying to stay motivated but I'm slipping. I workout for 40 to 50 minutes five days a week and nothing. I haven't been cheating and still no weight lost. My friend said she can see it in my face and waist but nothing is gone from the scale. I have to admit I do feel a difference in my clothes however, I want to see the difference on the scale too....

In desperate need of encouragement!!! emoticon
