Lets say I took a vacation from Spark and now have returned. :) When I joined Spark I lost 65 pounds and was within 10/15 pounds of my goal. Then I met and gained (married) 175 pounds of male fitness. I got off routine and found 20/25 pounds that I had originally lost. (lol) So I am off vacation, re-evaluated my goals and am working an exercise routine back into my life. I don't like what I see in the mirror yet I know it could be a lot worse and I'm determined to make it much much better!

Hi...i lost 30lbs when i first joined in April 08...actually even dropped to 199 the week my husband was hospitalized...i was fine until he came home and then got so tired taking care of him and house and all...just let things slide, then vacation then this and that...so i put back 13 of those lbs...so i restart today and am back! we got a puppy 6weeks ago so he will be my exercise buddy emoticon tracked today, drak all my water and had all my veggies and kept within calories..this last was a surprise!

The longer it takes it to come off the longer it will stay off!

The longer you keep it off the harder it is to put it back on!

Ouch! Sorry to hear about that rotator cuff injury. I knew that could be a bad thing; but had no idea the recovery and strengthening period would be so long. Take care.

Hi Sheenadee,
Mostly I walk..I do a 5k once a year for Cancer charity over here in UK.
I do use the wii and did the sports and wii fit and wii trainer..UNTIL I tore my rotator cuff by being too enthusiastic with the boxing. so now I have physio for about 2 years, have been going for 4 months and am just moving on to exercises to strengthen it

Hello, Sue. It's fabulous that you had success in 2008 & sounds like you're starting 2010 off good too. Way to go!

What kind of exercise routine do you like? I'm a big Wii Fit & EA Active fan, along with doing SP videos (like in the current Bootcamp). Take care & good luck.

Hi I have been here the whole time and lost in 2008 and have kept it off. 2009 was a waste of time, I played about with the same 10lbs over and over and ended up the same weight as I started, so I am taking it seriously again this year.

I am lb down on the month so far and hoping to lose more in the last week of January
