CDSTREET ~ Under the fitness articles there is a video on a desk workout, check that out. Also, try parking futher away from the front door and taking the long way to the bathroom.

MeMe ~ I would do your weigh in on the day you signed up. I also get discouraged if the numbers aren't dropping fast. I hide my scale until weigh in day.

I was wondering if someone could tell me since I'm new to this when you do the weekly weigh ins is it different for everyone because they started on a different day or is it always one the same day for everyone? I really started my diet on Mon and but didn't sign up until Tues here so I put my weight starting Tues. I'm staying away from my scale this time until a weekly weigh in though because it gets to me if I don't see the scale move and from past experience my loss sometimes don't show up the first day. I'd appreciate advice about this I'm trying to stay motivated it feels so much better when I feel in control of what I'm eating and exercise for the day (I'm trying to keep this thought in my mind).

Oh boy! THAT is a tough one! hmmmm
Try posting this question in the fitness page with something about working in a prison to get peoples attention. I have had so many answers answered in the message boards! Try asking one of the SP coaches too!

HI!!!!!!

Anyone have any ideas on what I can do to try and get exercise in at work. I work at my desk all day but in a prison so I can't just stop and go walk all the time.
