Hi Ladies, I'm starting new, but was a member of a different name last year too. I'm somewhere between 140 to 150, and really only look my best at around 125. My goals are to get alot of exercise while cutting down my calories by about 400- 500 everyday (stop over eating! "put the fork down")
Starting slow is important though..so just make sure to stay motivated and only make slow-ish changes in your life, so that you can keep up with them and stay on longer, for the best results : )

WE CAN DO IT!!!!

Welcome! I am new here myself. My plan is to eat under 1550 calories per day with one high calorie meal per week ( the one meal is to help kick my metabolism in the butt). Exercise as often as I can without beating myself up over it. I hope to win this "battle of the buldge" by losing 50+ lbs. by October. We'll see how it goes!

My Intro: I'm destined to be 195lbs. I have yo-yo'd from 225lbs & 265lbs. (my present weight). I will try a pound a week until June 28. 2009 my goal date. I will try Low Carb-1 or 2 cheat days a week, preferably 1 day! Let's go SP class!
