Welcome to the team I have to be honest I have to do my Spark page but I am impressed by this site I signed on to half or dozen sites similar but this is by far the best. We shall overcome!!!

I suggest you set up a Sparkpage first. That will tell people who you are, and what you're trying to accomplish.

It provides a conduit for connecting with people you have things in common with.

and start with the fast break.

And post on our boards. The more you connect with people who are going thru the same struggles, the less alone/the more support you'll have and the more you'll get out of this site!
