Hey folks, feels a little awkward writing this so forgive me!

Joined her a couple of years ago now then basically forgot about it, since then I've put on even more weight.

My problem is that I'm tall and broad and quite muscular, and so I don't look anywhere near as heavy as I actually am, but I have a lot of body fat and excess weight and so I really need to get moving.

A few weeks ago we got a dog and, since then, I've lost 9 pounds or so and it was this weight loss that inspired me to continue onward. I went from 289.9 to 280.4 as of today, and I am hoping to get underneath the 280 milestone in the next few days.

My first short term goal is to hit 270 by the end of May, I know I can do it with some help from all the spark people.
