Yea, free is always a good thing. The fitness tracker is good. I like Spark so far, but I don't see me using everything here. I have been looking around instead of working..LOL And I found some helpful things here and there. I really signed up for motivation. I like working out but I don't feel motivated to do it as often, so hopefully Spark helps.

I like that its free! Thats always a plus! I like that it trcks everything for you, and tells you what you need to do to accomplish your goals. It has a lot of information here as far as exercises go. I have been a member since last Saturday and have lost 2 pounds! They have recipes and things like that. I also like talking to people on the posts. I signed up for daily tips and have found those to be useful. I guess the whole website is helpful!

Thankx. I am spending all my free time just looking around the site. My main issue is I LOVE 2 eat, and I am not consistent working out. I do like going to the gym, but its hard to get there with working full time, going to school part time, making sure my house is good. I don't live with my family, so there I constantly have things to do.

Can I ask you, what do you find the most helpful with Spark??
