First things first, spend some time getting to know SP, know how to use the tools (nutrition & fitness tracker), use SP's plentiful health resource -just go to your toolbar on top and click on healthy lifestyle and check out all their helpful articles on nutrition/fitness/motivation. Also, joining other sparkteams like this one with any hobbies/interests that match you would help.

I am new to Spark. I just joined last night. My best friend said this was the site to go to. She loves it here. She has been very sucessful. i am a 39 yr old mother of 3 with my youngest turning 1 this week. I joined not only for my family, but most importantly for ME!!!! I am excited about doing this! I don't want to go the knife way! I want to teach myself to do it the way it was meant to by proper diet and exercise. So with that said I am all ears will take any advice that anyone has to offer!!!!!!
