The best advice I have for you right now is to follow the Fast Break strategies that will be coming in your email every couple of days for the next 2 weeks. They will help you get used to using the tools available on the site and learn your way around. From the Fast Break you will begin to make small changes (baby steps!) that will eventually become healthy habits you will have for the rest of your life. Best wishes for reaching your goals!

Hi to Everyone,
Joined last week and very happy about it. Been trying to lose 6.5Kg for a long time. Desperately needed a place to log. Currently doing goal calories and 20 min cardio every morning. Very warm and humid in the Gold Coast, Australia, so doing treadmill first thing in the morning.
Positive that Sparkpeople will keep me going.


My current weight is 83.1kg my goal is 78kg by end of March.

Not doing cardio at the moment so my goal is cardio 5 times a week; Pilates once a week.
Mindful breathing or heart breathing every day.
