I am trying to come back as well. I was very active on Spark and lost 25 kilos (55 lbs?) I started losing motivation and put a bit of the weight back on. Then we got locked down. I could not leave the house for 3.5 months, and might have put some more weight on. Over 3 months of Netflix/YouTube/chips/candy bars will tend to do that.

Anyway I am back to 113 kilos, not my personal high, but I was down to 93... So now the lockdown is mostly over. We are allowed outside without a quarantine pass, and can exercise again (walking & cycling was only allowed for essential errands, and with a quarantine pass). Of course I could have done calisthenics at the house, but let's be honest - if I liked calisthenics I would not have gotten fat to begin with ha ha

I am trying to get back into the walking habit. So far... not so good. The weather is finally starting to cool off (monsoon season), so maybe I can get out between the storms.

Hi my name is pam. Been gone for awhile. I got lazy. Need motivation and movement lol. I am 71. Have one daughter .Have four grandchildren, 5 great grands and another on the way. Granddaughter getting married in August and want to look better. I need a new start because I am tired of being tired.
