I try to get 100 points a day reading articles, doing the challenges and joining a 30 day challenge...and talking with others. Doing that gets me motivated to stay on track. Glad you are here!!!

There is one challenge in the emails today for 8 glasses of water a day. I am on board with that - anyone else with me?
Today I will track my meals for the 4th day in a row. Not that all of what I am eating is healthy - but still tracking.....

Hello,
I am new to this group, but have been on/off Sparkpeople for many years. I understand how you feel Garlfield64, I had lost weight, down to 185, and had more energy. My blood pressure readings were really good and my A1C was at the lowest it's been in my life. Now I am back up to 205 and my clothes feel tight. I really want to get back to 185 and keep losing.

Hi, I really have been a member since I was age 64 and am now 71. I really haven't done much on the site but would like to become a regular and get back to my "healthy weight". I felt so much better then and would like your encouragement to get me back there! Let's do this!!
