Hi Faye and emoticon to our team.
Somehow maintaining seems a harder challenge than actually losing the pounds but you will find the right balance.
There is a lot of support here on the team and as Carole said, please join in our challenges and that will help you along.
Wishing you every success!
Hugs
Janet

Congratulations on reaching your goal, Faye! We have some good threads that offer challenge and accountability - please join in so we can support each other. I have to count carbs for my husband and will probably do the same for myself.

I reached my goal of 165 pounds on Nov. 21, 2012 and set a new goal of 158 pounds the same day. I am now at 160 pounds and it is moving very slow. I am counting calories and will not be adding any extra calories for a few more weeks.
