Hello and welcome! The group hasn't been too active, but who knows, maybe it just needs a little boost. Enjoy building up your running to a more consistent habit. I haven't been able to make it a regular part of my life again as I have way too many things on my plate. My last big race was the Disney Princess Half back in 2017. I will find the stride again someday-hopefully soon!

Hi, I am new to this forum and also to Spark people. However, I am not new to running. I have been running since I was 24 (will be 65 on Monday) but took a break during pregnancy and homeschooling. I started back and ran my first half marathon at the age of 58. Since then I have run 3 more half marathons and several 10Ks and 5Ks. But my running has been inconsistent. Since i am now retired, I want to spend more time getting back into running and improving my pace. Besides running, I cross train with Crossfit and other exercise classes.
