Oh my gosh...I love going to the gym! I have a weight bench, free weights, stability ball, punching bag, and a few other things in my house, but it's just not the same as going to the gym! At home, there are a million and one distractions...when I go to the gym, the only possible distraction I have is my cell phone (but being a single parent and doing foster care, I have to carry it with me in case of emergency....i.e. had to pick up my son from school the other day because he was sick).

Good luck on your journey! And have fun at the gym!

I am new to the team - looking for new ways to challenge myself and I'm itchin to join the gym again.
When I first began SP, I was very new and didn't know much about anything. Now that I've been around and seen what I can do at home, I'd like to hit the gym and prove myself there. I miss it, and I didn't think I would.
I'm joining after I get back from vacation in NM after the 4th of July - around the 9th. I really miss the machines and working out to good dance music!

At times our own light goes out and is rekindled by a spark from another person. Each of us has deep gratitude of those who have lighted the flame within us.
