I have joined this group and I don't know if there is one.
I love to line dance and I line dance 5 days a week with the senior center in WA.
I have tried for about 3 weeks to get a response from someone on this team.
I am thinking it dying team. I hope not because line dancing is fun and great exercise....
Please write if your a member.

Take this first week to familiarize yourself with the tools here. Once you get used to using them, it becomes easier to use them even when you are busy. Personally, I spent my first week learning to use the tools, and just tracking everything I was already eating and doing for exercise. It gave me a baseline to work from. It also gave me a chance to really decide what my goals were, and how to get there.

This site can only provide the support and the tools to reach these goals. You need to put the hard work in. Personally, I end up kicking my own butt every day. Feel free to check out my blogs to see how I kick my butt out the door to get my fitness in. I can tell you, once I am finished with my exercise for the day, I feel great. No more I should do this and I should do that. Instead, I feel accomplished, and able to relax and enjoy the rest of my day.

You can not change yesterday - it's done.
You can only dream of tomorrow.
The only day you can change is today.
What are you going to do today to reach your goals of tomorrow?

It's supposed to be hard. If it wasn't hard, everyone would do it. The hard is what makes it GREAT

Hey everyone! My name is Kelly and I am here to get my life back. I have joined a couple of groups that peak my interest and I can't wait to dive in. I am a 29 year old single mom who just wants my life back. I live in the middle of nowhere in a samll town in FL (it is so small it only has a blinking light lol). I love spending time with my 2 kids and when I have mommy time I am at one of the local country clubs line dnacing my heart away. I guess my wake up call is that for the past couple months my blood pressure has risen higher and higher. I want to be here for my kids and myself! Well that's about it for now! Hope to speak to everyone soon!
