HI there and Happy New Year! So sorry for the delayed response.....I have been away from Sparkpeople for some time now........you are dealing with a lot of health issues. Hang in there. For RLS I take Magnesium everyday., it has really helped me. I also walk a lot. If I don't exercise, it bothers me more.

Don't tell God how big your mountain is. Tell the mountain how big your God is!

Hi there,
I suffer from restless legs and iron deficiency anemia. I also have epilepsy and had thyroid cancer. I'm wondering if this team is still active as I would love to find what others are doing to tackle the restless legs.
