Welcome to the team. I like you do not use the scale but judge by my clothes. My jeans are my marker. So far I am down 6 sizes. It works for me as I feel confident with my body and health. No I am not model skinny, but happy with my body. It is a long slow road when you change your lifestyle for better health

Hi everyone!

I am really excited to be here. I can already tell this is a great community.

I'm not really good at these " introduce yourself" posts. My goal is to lose 100 pounds. My scale isn't the greatest so I've been gauging my weight loss more by my clothing than the scale. I actually started walking last November. So far, I've dropped 2 jean sizes. Just this morning I changed my route because I was getting bored and really kicked butt. I'm feeling pretty proud of myself right now.

I love this site and I'm so glad to be here. Feel free to add me as a friend and I will certainly do the same.
