Have you ever tried recording your book? I alternate between writing my book down and recording the story then transcribing it later. At first I felt funny doing it, then noticed with everyone talking on their phones/bluetooth, I blended right in. emoticon

As for exercising, walking is an excellent exercise. Keep your footwear in the car, and when you stop to do grocery shopping, walk the store even aisle you don't buy anything from. It adds up quickly. My sink has witnessed many pushups as I wait for something in the kitchen, the same for a lot of different exercises that don't require equipment. If you watch tv at all, there are a lot of exercises you can do while watching and during commercials. emoticon

You gain strength, courage and confidence by every experience in which you really stop to look fear in the face.

Mistakes are the portals of discovery.

Don't be afraid to give your best at what seemingly are small jobs. Every time you conquer one it makes you that much stronger. If you do the little jobs well, the big ones will tend to take care of themselves.

It is never too late to be what you might have been.

Stop and claim a set time for yourself each day even if it is only 15 minutes. You will find he time is there when you set it aside for your personal use

Hello everyone!

I've got a book series on my brain but can't seem to find the time! Between one full time job, a part time job, a meager social life, and trying to eat right and exercise- I'm exhausted!

Any suggestions?
