Thanks for the welcome ☺ I hope I have your stick-to-it-ness and have something to show for my effort. I'm trying carb-cycling and replacing a meal a day with a protein smoothie. I'm actually down a couple of pounds for the week. Seriously considering getting a dog so I'll have to walk--weighing the responsibility of a pet against my motivation to do any other type of exercise. My current goal is to do the two flights of stairs to the basement at least 3 times a day. So far, so good! LOL

Welcome to the team. It is so easy to stop on your plan, but it is so rewarding when you stick it out and become a healthily lighter person. My journey has been several years, but I am making it slowly and it is working for me.

Hello everyone,
I'm also a rebounder and can't remember when I first joined Spark?! Keep falling off the healthy-eating wagon, but love to write, so hopefully, it will all come together with this group. Have self-published two books (fiction), appeared in an anthology (writers group effort), newspaper article, numerous short stories, newsletters, etc. Give me a pencil/keyboard and I'll start dreaming up the next adventure :) I like writing much more than I like exercising--need to get that switched around, eh? My favorite saying is, "Hope springs eternal..." and its the story of my life. Ha! Looking forward to getting to know my fellow Spark writers!
