It doesn’t require lots of people to be interested. If other people still have their heads in the fridge (not the worse place to be! ha ha) & haven’t read the post, then a few folk, who are willing to trade their writing/time, would be enough to get started. I was thinking we should agree to write something new….dust off those creative brains, and produce something fab for 2011!
Let me know your ideas/ thoughts.

Wow! Truer words have never been spoken! I'm currently hiding in the upstairs office, trying to figure out the best way to get twitter rolling for my pen name, Charlie Richards. I recently had an ebook published, so really need to figure out the whole marketing thing! And blogging... gotta figure that out too!

I love the idea of swapping stories, but I'm afraid since I write paranormal romance (often-times m/m erotic), many wouldn't be open to reading it, and I certainly don't want to alienate or piss off anyone.

Hmmm - I bet I have some older contemporary romance stories that I could submit. It would be excerpts... but at least it would give me the opportunity to get some feedback. I started writing it almost a year ago, so revisiting and completing it would be great closure! emoticon

Let me know what develops, what the parameters end up being, and I'll find something appropriate.

I had to chuckle when I read your post because I have been fighting the urge to stop reading emails and editing a book assignment and get something to eat, even though I am not hungry. So, yes, I agree that typing does keep us from the fridge. emoticon Your idea could produce useful feedback. Let's see how many want to join. -- Lou

Fancy swapping pieces of writing and then give each other feedback. Let's set a limit of no more than 3.000 words....well, we are all busy people! If some people need a deadline to work to, then we can agree on one that suits. Thoughts please? (If you're busy tip-tapping on the keyboard, you've haven't got your head in the fridge!!!)
