You came to the right place for encouragement, ideas, and tips for a healthier lifestyle. As long as you are working on it then you'll get their. The first 3 weeks I didn't lose a pound so you are already ahead of the game. Tracking my food and working my rear-end off (figuratively and hopefully literally soon) is what helped me and of course working out. It sounds like you are doing everything right. Good luck, Linda.

Hi everybody I just started this journey 4 months ago when i was diagnosed with prediabetes. I was told I needed to lose weight, exercise, and eat right. Since then i have gone to the the gym at least 5 days a week and started doing cardio things-walking, recumbent bike, and weight training and I am doing water arobics and now increasing my walking speed and adding things to my exercises! I have lost 12 1/2 lbs.. Right now i am on a plateau I have only lost 1 1/2 lbs the last 8 weeks. But I keep readjusting and adjusting to change things up! I am not quitting!!! I can do this!!
