I can relate... I've been around off and on since 2009. This time I'm determined to stick to it, and I've been sticking to it for a month now! Just keep focused on your end goal, and remember that it doesn't have to (and probably won't) be a fast journey!

Hi Debbie...WB....Im fairly new, myself! I've been 'active' since early Feb, only:) ...but I've been around the 'weight block'...for years...like many of us, here! Im learning that I have had to re-do my thinking....if we think different,,,we'll act different. So pick something....and do it. Just one thing. Even if it isn't related to food and diet:) ...but if it is...choose something. Walk the extra stairs. Park a little further away. Switch to lo fat versions of your favorites....move with a 'bounce' in your step...turn the music louder.... just pick something...and don't try to change your entire life in a day.:) 2 or 3 days of doing something is a mere 'blip'...
You can do this...!!

Hi team members. I am not new to this team. I have been here off and on since 2007. However, I am back again because of the pre-diabetes which I have known about for the last 3 years. I keep coming back because I love SP and when I started I lost weight and did good. I always seem to lose interest after 2 or 3 days and go back to my old habits. So I am here again. I pray that this time around I will make myself accountable and stick with it.
