first, congrats on the 30 pounds loss.

i gave up sugar and grain products at age 61 and lost 44 pounds.

my sister walks 15000 steps a day at age 63 and has lost 105 pounds.

Hello, I just joined yesterday but have been on a weight loss program since January. I have lost about 30lbs ��. I have now reached the point to where the weight isn't coming off as quickly. Looking forward to getting to know you all and hoping to hear some great suggestions and encouragement. Thanks
