I have started this diet a number of times but I dont ever stick with it.....
I want to stop taking meds just because Im over weight....
I want to get healthy...
This is my NEW YEAR promise to myself...
And watching tv with my husband will not be my #1 chose anymore....
He is very suportive in me losing weight.... but I start then I just give up on myself...
Not any more I have about 60 lbs to loose but I would be happy with the start of 20 lbs...
