As I wrote on the message board:

I am a 55y/o female, who wants to live a healthy lifestyle. I will be
a 1st time grandma in about two weeks and would like to be fit to
run and play with her. My main goal is to learn how to eat healthier.
The SparkProgram is a challenge and I love a challenge. With all
the Spark tools, resources, and community, I can do it.
