Spark has a wealth of information that can be a tad overwhelming. I recommend starting with the Nutrition and Fitness Trackers and then gradually expand into other info and tools. Your Spark Points page is a really handy checklist of things that SP believes help.

Hi everyone thanks for the great welcome. I was not sure what to expect. I am a 50 yr old female and just diagnosed with some heart problems. I joined spark to try to make some lasting changes to my health. I am open to any help I can get. It tends to be very overwhelming when you start looking at diets and exercise programs. Look forward to hearing from everyone with their tips and help. Thanks
