Great goals! I agree with Christine seeing your goals constantly will remind you to work towards them.

You should also come up with plans to achieve your goals. Plans help break things down.

How are you going to lose the pounds?
What exercises are you going to do, how often will you do them?
Are you going to plan meals or snacks? Are you going to track your meals?

Will you replace the unhealthy snacks with healthy snacks?
Some suggestions - hummus and baby carrots/cucumber slices, apple slices and peanut butter, unsalted/un buttered popcorn, sugar snap peas and ranch dip, veggie spring rolls and peanut dipping sauce

When you are craving a sugary drink what will you do?
some suggestions - drink fruit infused water, drink unsweetened ice tea, drink plain water, or drink 0 calorie flavoured water (don't know how healthy these are)

Also giving yourself little rewards could be a good motivator to stick to your goals.

Those are realistic goals. I've found if I print my goals and put them on the fridge, it helps remind me daily of what I want.

Hmmm have not really given much thought to my goals but I guess I could start with



Getting in all my water for the day
Cutting back on a lot of sugary drinks
Cutting back on unhealthy snacks
Loss between 10 and 15 pounds in the next month

We have a few active members in this group, we usually keep up with each other in the daily chat thread.

I've recently started over you could say. I've been maintaining my weight for awhile, but it's still overweight. I need to get on the 2 pound of week drop goals gain. I have issues with eating enough, and when I do eat it tends to be stuff that I probably shouldn't be eating. I am also really lacking in my water intake. That seems to be an every day struggle.
