emoticon to the team, emoticon that you have found a good way Yoga practice can help you. Do you meditate as well? Thanks for the info about Five Parks Yoga on youtube. Could you please post the link in the Yoga Link in the Info Forum, so many others can benefit from this link. Check while you are there , all the links others have share as well. Hello,

I have been a faithful exerciser for years (cardio kickboxing, weight lifting & plyometrics, running). I started doing yoga earlier this summer on Sunday mornings because I do a 22-mile run every Saturday AM and I felt stronger and more energetic during my workouts, and in general, the rest of the week if I did a little something on Sunday, but I wanted it to be something really different from my other workouts. I really started falling in love with yoga over the four-day July 4th weekend. I do the videos posted by Five Parks Yoga on YouTube. This past week I started doing yoga after work, too, to help me disconnect after work and wind down without binge eating.
