emoticon are you new to Yoga? if you are a good start would be to join an studio and gym, nothing than to get a good feedback, right position of the poses(to avoid injuries or discomfort) from a Certified and Registered Instructor.

I've been wanting to try yoga. Does anyone have any suggestions as to a dvd for beginners? I have viewed Jillian and Bob Harper dvds (HUGE biggest loser fan!) and wondered where everyone started!
