My schedule just got busier. I have 3 classes this semester. Right now my husband is on disability so I am hoping to get to the gym on 3 days a week.

I haven't done any better. I am starting a new schedule so I am hoping to get it down so that I can plan out my meals. We are low on cash flow so hopefully that will help me grocery shop and plan my week. I feel like I am just not in a spot where I am willing to quit complaining and bust my butt. I notice that I am not where I want to be but don't feel bad enough about it to get out of the rut.

I have however stopped drinking soda and haven't been eating out too much. I have been eating earlier and going to bed earlier so I guess that is a good start.

How did your yoga go?

Trista... my apologies, the updates didn't show any new posts... from now on, I will just check the page directly so I don't miss any new comments. I am happy to see you here and would love to see this team get going. :-)

My weakness is procrastination and fatigue. I've never worked so many hours as I do now. I try to steal time for myself to do other things but it never pays off like taking time to exercise first. The food I eat is a similar problem... I procrastinate, don't get it planned or prepared then later I'm so tired that I often make poor choices.

I've never done hot yoga or any yoga, lol. I am signed up for a single class next week so curious to see how I do. I'm not as fit as two years ago but am motivated to stay on track this week because of next week's class.

How has this week been for you?

I am slow to respond or have activity on here at all.

I have been tracking my food some. I have gone up and down with it. My biggest weakness is laziness. I am trying to just do a little bit when I can or remember so that I can work up from there. I have not been working out because I have been lazy lol. I am very quick to make excuses instead of just doing it. For awhile my best friend was my accountability partner but she is doing hot yoga. Having accountability is a big one for me. I just need to keep trying.

Hi Tulips! So glad to see your post. Please forgive for being so slow to respond. It has been a crazy busy week at work... lots of overtime. Anyway...

You are not alone. I, too, am trying to get back on track. People say I look healthy but it has become difficult again to keep my weight under a certain amount. Then, I get motivated but have difficulty keeping that spark going through the day. I start well but sometimes end poorly. It is one of my goals to try and overcome that.

Are you logging or journaling your food intake? have you been able to exercise?

I am trying to get back on track with my eating and weight loss. I have been on Spark People for quite some time now. I go up and down often with how healthy I am.
I am back to my highest weight and I want to get to a spot where I feel good about my body and the way I look. I lack motivation most and I am hoping that I can get that here and be that for others.
