Hello, I am a 37 year old Certified Medical/Administrative Assistant. My husband and I have been married for 6 wonderful years. We have 3 furkids. Unfortunately we have no children yet, as I have been having a hard time with my PCOS. I have been struggling with my weight since I was 17 years old, as that is when my PCOS really started kicking in. I did not have any guidance with the PCOS until just a few years ago. I am desperate to lose 70 lbs. I have been struggling very hard with motivation because one of the side effects with PCOS is fatigue. I learned about this site through my PCOS site, so I am hoping that I can get the help and SUPPORT, that I so need to be able to lose the weight to prevent heart disease and possibly get pregnant :)
