How about lemon or lime in your water, I'm a water drinker...but sometimes that will help me or ice cold water is good. But maybe it's a matter of gradually adjusting to plain water? Congratulations on your loss so far. Good luck!

If I had to drink tons of plain water all day, I wouldn't. So I use things like True Lemon (and lime and orange) or a half-packet of Crystal Lite or other brands of sugar free, calorie free drinks. Iced tea works too.

I started my diet on Thursday, May 12, 2011 and I have already loss 7 pounds, I think not eating so much is the big part of why I gained weight. Now I eat one serving instead of two and that has really helped. The only thing I am having a problem with is with drinking water, as soon as I drink it I run right to the bathroom so I am drinking sugar free drink mix, my doctor said that was okay, but I am wondering if I should still try to drink plain water or what I am not sure.
