Hey there!

I would swear that came right out of my mouth! I'm right there with you, girl. I'm a teacher and I actually took a 3 month sabbatical at the end of the school year to take care of me for once. The time off helped me get my depression under control and focus on healthier eating and exercise. I only lost a few pounds since March, but my A1c went down over 2 points! I have spent time the last 3 weeks getting my room ready and 4 days this week in training, and guess what? I haven't been to the gym or eating the best. It's SOOOOO hard to manage it all. Losing weight is tough for anyone, but even more challenging for a diabetic. I wish you the best of luck and would love to keep in touch. Feel free to send me a message anytime!

~Heather
