Hiya! I too measure my bg in mmol. Here's the chart I use. It's about 3/4 of the way down the page. Hope it's helpful.

BTW, my doctor wants mine between 4-7 (75-125ish). I stay closer to the 7 on purpose. I think next time I'll be around 7.5. I really want a CGM so I can stay lower without going low all of the time!

Hi.. new to Sparks and to pumping, but sadly not to diabetes..21 yrs now but 3months on a pump and I`ve gained 20lbs..that I didn`t need..so now I need to lose 50+ lbs
For the converting of U.S. numbers to Can. I just divide theirs by 18..but that doesn`t work for A1c`s just for daily checks..hope that helps.

Hello,
My name is Cris and I am new to this group. I am currently looking for an active group. I have been diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes approximately 10 years ago. I went on injected insulin approximately 5 years. Recently I came to terms that I am Type I Diabetic. I have been out of control for approximately 10 years now. I just recently had a scare in my life that made me start to care about myself. I am really hoping to find an active group.

Hi everyone,

I'm new to this team, but not new to type 1. I am really excited to be on this team and to meet and talk with other people who have the same issue as I do. I just have one quick question. I live in Canada and our glucose seems to be measured up here in different units. For example my sugar is considered low if below 4.0 and high if above 14. Very different than the readings in some of the postings I have seen. Does anyone know how to convert? Or if not, can you please tell me what is considered normal, high, and low so that I can understand your postings a little more. Thank you so much and I look forward to chatting with you soon!!
