Hey, I'm new to the group as well but love the concept behind the team!

Right now my week consists of two days lifting, two days running, two days of cardio intervals, and one rest day.

Let's activate the team and tell each other what we're doing to keep ourselves extreme!

....to be part of this team ... i use to work out very religiously...5x per week, 3-day split...that was too long ago....I am back on the horse and ready to ride hard! YEAH!

Though no one can go back in time and make a brand new start, anyone can start from now and make a brand new ending.
