I looked a couple of times, but I think that has gone the way of the page revisions. Oh well. Probably had online harassment risks, but it was fun to know who was near me.

Maybe you'll have more luck finding a workout buddy through your local team.

Do the team maps still exist? I tried that once to look for a workout buddy, but I'm not sure where they are on the site now.

Alukowsky, just wanted to say welcome to the team. I do not use Planet Fitness so can't help you there. Maybe someone else can help you there but I just wanted to say hi and let you know that someone sees you. Good luck on what you decide.

Hello all.

My name is Andrea from central Delaware. I am 55, have been a member of SparkPeople since last spring (2017), and have lost 71 lbs. I'd like to lose another 10 lbs., but what I'd REALLY like to do is tone up! Even when I was slim and fit, back in my 20s-30s, I always was kinda flabby, especially my legs. I need to incorporate more strength training into my routine. I have free weights at home and also belong to Planet Fitness so that I can use the machines once a week. I don't really know what to DO with the free weights, though, beyond a few very basic exercises. I'm also not someone who learns very well by watching videos -- I have to be SHOWN what to do and guided through the movements to ensure that I'm performing them correctly. Anybody here use Planet Fitness?
