Week 4 Action Plan Official 'Eat Up, Slim Down' Challenge

I got a hold of my calorie range! I can do IT!!! I am doing 1200 calorie diet: I have a range of 1200-1350 calories per day. I don't want to go under 1200 calories a day, because it will hurt my metabolism.

300 calories for breakfast
100 calories for AM snack
300 calories for lunch
100 calories for PM snack
400 calories for dinner

I did the Official Healthy Cooking Challenge with this challenge and I printed off the smart substitutes and put them in my cookbook. I have quit putting ranch dressing on my salads and switched to balsamic vinegar for my daily salad. Those calories add up so fast!
