My goal is to get down to 127 and be fit and toned. I am going to use the south beach method starting with phase 1. I hope to loose 10 pounds by halloween and 10 more by the end of the year if not more. I plan to eat healthier, work out weekly and keep a journal about everything I experience day to day.
