Hi and Welcome to the Team! It sounds like many of us do great during the day, but between dinner and bedtime is our downfall! I am trying something that THE SPARK gave me an inspiration to do; I made a "Don't snack mindlessly in the evening" goal into a Streak that shows up flashing on my SparkPage (with Awards) for ALL the world to see...I went 5 nites without a binge, then messed up, so I decided to post this streak to motivate myself into making this a lifestyle change for ME! I think I am mistaking "needing to go to sleep" for "needing food", and using food is like a sleeping pill! I have been saving some last calories of the day and eating an "icecream-like" healthy treat the last few nites near bedtime, and at least after I have my TRACKED, LEGAL bed time treat, I have not binged (3 nites so far!) I take a Jello chocolate sugar free 60 calorie pudding and FREEZE it until it is consistency of icecream--can close my eyes and believe I'm having chocolate ice cream! Hey--sounds goofy but I only have to "fool" one person--myself!!!! LOL! emoticon

It is far easier to MAKE time to exercise than it is to FIND time to exercise. You want results???? MAKE it happen.

I joined Sparkpeople today for many reasons. One is my terrible middle of the night snacking problem so I was happy to see a team that was exactly wnat I need. Not sure why I do it but it really has to stop.
I have been out of work for a year and a half and have really put on weight due to mindless snacking, lots of snacking. Today this is all going to change!
