its amazing to find I'm not the only mom having trouble i used to work at a day care and hated that the kids left food on there plate so i would eat it, that's when i think my waight got out a hand now I'm a mother and my fiancÚ is over in el savador I'm here in NE trying to keep a float some times i feel as if I'm being drown when that happens i take to food, hoping to get read of the feelings

i can do anthing with Gods help

Hi there, I'm also a mom of three. That is so funny about finishing off the kids' plates, I have had to stop doing exactly the same thing! I hate to waste it, but I finally convinced myself that eating food I didn't need was a waste as well. Good luck to you!

I've been slopping around in men's tracky dacks and shorts since having my kids. Being a busy mum of three I wasn't really worried about how I looked. Now my youngest is 3 and I had decided to go back to work. I tried on my size 12 suit (a bit loose last time I wore it) and was a bit disappointed when it didn't even fit over my thighs let alone my hips! I have also not owned scales since panicking myself over weight gain with my first pregnancy. At a friend's house I secretly weighed myself and was horrified when it read 75kg. I was 55kg before falling pregnant with my first child only 10 years ago! So I'm aiming to get back to around 60kg. I need to get back in control of my eating and accept that it is OK to throw food away and not finish off my kids' plates as well as my own. Also I have a strong tendency to snack on rubbish food after the kids go to sleep. I'd like to wear nice clothes again so now is the time to act! I want to be fit and forty-something not fat and forty-something.
