I'm new to a lot of things right now! I just started exercising again (used to be very active in high school & college) and started watching what I eat. I'm 24 and have adrenal fatigue so I have be careful and watch the intensity of my workouts. I joined this team because my husband has a gluten allergy. We haven't gone through all the testing yet, but after cutting it out for a few weeks he feel sgreat and has lost several inches as the inflammation has gone down, but still cant get the last little bit to vanish yet.
I make just about all of our food from scratch. A lot of my mom's recipes are naturally gluten free and if they're not it's been pretty easy to switch out for a gluten free alternative. Just looking for some support and maybe advice as he's trying detox and heal his gut.
