Hello & Welcome. You girls are the same age as my son. He turned 41 in January and it was really more heartbreaking for him than turning 40! Best wishes to you and your goals.

Hi there. My name is Lynn. I am 41 YIKES. Not handling that well. Since moving to Georgia from Nebraska four years ago, I have gained about 50 pounds. Another YIKES! I blame it on the humidity and say my body is a big sponge. That's my story and I'm sticking to it. Can't be my fault. I have recently bought a treadmill and have been walking 1 mile each night for the past week. Next week I will increase it to 2 miles and so on. I used to walk 5 miles a day back in Nebraska. That probably explains the weight gain since moving to GA, huh?
 I look forward to meeting all of you and finding my way around this site.slynnvan
