I love 2 run too! I started late in life!!! Now 20 years running. I'm visiting my Sunshine State and enjoyed breakfast with my long time running buddies. Out Monday morning for a memroable run...

I've been running consistently for about a year now. I was a runner in my younger days, but gave it up after having knee surgery about 18 years ago. I teach and my school has a family 5K fun run/walk each year and last year a parent of one of my students signed me up. I thought I'd give it a try and had fun, but my time was horrid! I decided to start training again, because like I said, it was fun. I started running mid January with some friends and since have finished 4 5K races and a 10K. Recently I had some problems with stress fractures, but am now healed and running again. I ran a 5K last weekend and have another one coming up in December. I truly love to run!
