That's great. I too have been nervous about trying spinning. But there is a new AM class starting this week. maybe I'll give it a try.

Good for you for finding something you really enjoy!

Kelly, the great thing about spinning is that it's 100% under your control - the speed, resistance, etc. You should give it a try - everyone has to start somewhere and it's takes just a few weeks to build up your endurance - especially if you're already a runner ;)

Wow, I am impressed by anyone who does the spinning classes. Everyone is always drenched in sweat in there so I know it must be hard! Must be a good workout too! I've been kind of intimidated to try a spinning class but maybe I'll give it a go. Thanks for sharing your experience.

I have found that I enjoy spinning classes. I can follow the directions, listen to the music and think about whatever I want to while I am on the spinning cycle. I am exercising and the feel to think about whatever I want. I actually enjoy the me time.
